The Kaiser Idell floor lamp, here in model 6556-F easy grey, is precision engineering and top craftsmanship that with its unique and very high quality exudes originality, but also a unique sculptural quality and a stringent clean design. This floor model can be tilted 15 degrees backwards and 18 degrees forwards on the unique swivel joint.
The entire series is centred around the patented swivel joint and the very distinctive lampshade, which is easily recognised by the proud label at the top proclaiming that this is a genuine "ORIGINAL KAISER-idell".
The original lamps in the series were offered for sale as early as 1936, and to this day they epitomise fine German design, exquisite material selection and precision engineering.
