The Glo-Ball C2 Ceiling Light is a true cosy spreader in any room. Designed by British product and furniture designer Jasper Morrison in 1999, the lamp exhibits a particularly design-orientated character despite its apparent simplicity. This combination of simplicity and craftsmanship makes Glo-Ball the ideal basic lighting, not only in private homes but also in public and commercial settings.
The lamp's most defining feature is its voluminous lampshade in mouth-blown opal glass. The domed structure and matt white surface give the lamp a floating appearance and a fantastic lightness that is only further emphasised every time the lamp is switched on. As the lampshade encloses the light source on all sides, the light shines indirectly but clearly and efficiently on all sides, illuminating the entire lampshade in a beautiful, uniform glow.
