Since the Danish company HAY was founded in 2002, they have been creating contemporary design with a focus on modern living and sophisticated industrial production. Just like beautiful design, lighting can positively affect your wellbeing and mood.
You get both with a lamp from HAY, in the form of high-quality design with an emphasis on good lighting. Rolf Hay - Creative Director
The design company HAY was founded in 2002 by the founder of Bestseller; Trols Holch Povlsen and the young designer couple; Mette and Rolf Hay. The latter has always been a bit of a furniture nerd, having previously worked for companies such as Gubi and Paustian. His design skills, combined with collaborations with the most innovative Danish designers such as Louise Campbell, Hee Welling and Jacob Wegner, have resulted in great success for HAY since its inception. The popular Ella table and the Mags modular sofa, among other things, were designed by the creative director himself. He has also made a name for himself in the interior design field, receiving the 2009 Firebrand of the Year award from Boligmagasinet.
In 2015, the company began a collaboration that could only lead to something great; British designer Sebastian Wrong, like HAY, has made a positive mark in international design. He was co-founder and former design director of top British brand Established & Sons, which produces designs from names such as Ingo Maurer, Ross Lovegrove and brothers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec. The collaboration resulted in the successful Wrong for HAY collection - a collection that includes furniture, accessories and lighting. The lighting part in particular was in high demand, so they decided to work even more closely together to create the Wrong.london lighting brand.
With lights from Wrong.london, you get timeless, creative and durable designs that use the latest technology in production to protect the environment. Of particular note are the luxurious and cosy Turn On Table Lamp and 30 Degrees Pendant that create a great atmosphere in the room.
