We love creating competitions for you and have LOTS of them. Below you can read the conditions and rules that apply when you enter a competition with us.
Competitions on Facebook
When you enter the competition on Facebook, you enter by writing a comment in the comments section. You can always read in the competition post how to participate.
Your comment is also your consent for us to contact you on Facebook and publish your name in a Facebook post should you be the lucky winner.
Competitions on Instagram
When you participate in our competitions on Instagram, you can always find the eligibility criteria in the Instagram post itself. Your participation will usually be linked to a comment, and this comment is your consent for us to publicise you in a post and in a story, should you be the lucky winner.
The winner will be contacted via Direct Message.
Newsletter subscription competitions
When we organise competitions that require you to sign up for our newsletter, you are automatically subscribed to our newsletter/customer club. This means that we will start sending you emails with inspiration, offers, promotions and news.\ You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of the newsletter you have received from us. If you experience unexpected problems with this, you can always write to our customer service and we will remove you from the list as soon as possible.
Sometimes we organise competitions with external partners, where the condition for participation is also to sign up for our newsletter, in which case you will automatically be subscribed to our and the external partners' newsletters. It will always be clearly stated in the competition what you are entering.
If you have entered a competition by signing up for our newsletter, the winner will not be published but will be contacted directly by email.

The winner will be contacted
We always contact the winner and ask to receive the following information in order to send out the prize. The information is only used for the shipping label so it can get to you. Email address and phone number are used so that GLS can notify you that your package is on its way.

We do not receive info from the winner
If the winner does not contact us within 14 days after we have drawn the winner and made contact, a new winner will NOT be drawn, but we will use the GIVEAWAY for a new competition at a later date.
It is the winner's responsibility to check their message requests, comments and SPAM.

The prize will be sent out
As soon as we have received the delivery address etc. the prize will be sent to the lucky winner as soon as possible. We aim to keep our competitions in stock so the winner doesn't have to wait unnecessarily. For competitions where there is a free choice of models and colours, delivery time may occur. As the winner, you are always welcome to contact us to enquire about delivery times.
We always ship directly to the winner's home, if you want delivery to a package shop or other delivery address, please state this when you first contact us.
Complaint
A lamp you have won in a competition is of course also covered by a 2-year warranty. If you need to make a complaint about your competition lamp, please contact our customer service.
Exchange of premium
It is not possible to exchange the prize for cash or for another product.
