STOCK STATUS
For each item on Lampmasters.co.uk you will find an indication of the item's stock status. The information can be found both in the overview before you click on the item itself and inside the item itself. You will find the stock status indication below and to the right of the image respectively. Stock status is indicated by either a green or red dot followed by text.
See below what the stated stock status means for the delivery time of your order:
● In stock The item is in stock and we ship as soon as possible.
In stock: 3-5 days The item is out of stock. But from order, we expect to have it in stock in 3-5 business days (example). After that, please allow an extra 1-3 business days for the item to be delivered to you.\ In the unlikely event that it takes longer, we will update you via your Edison order link.
● In stock: 15-12-2023 Means that the item is not in stock, but we have received a delivery date from our supplier.\ 15-12-2023 is just one example, but the date will typically be a date some time in the future.\ After that, please allow an extra 1-3 business days for the item to be delivered to you. In the unlikely event that it takes longer, we will update you via your Edison order link.
● Not in stock This means that the item is out of stock and we do not yet know when our supplier can deliver it. After ordering, we will update you as soon as possible via your Edison order link with an expected delivery date*.
If your item is out of stock and the delivery time is unlikely to be met by the supplier, we will keep you updated with the new updated delivery date. We will send you an email when the item is dispatched and the amount will be deducted from your account.\ The delivery time is indicative and is based on the information we have received from the manufacturer/supplier.
We will dispatch your order when all your ordered items are in stock. If you want us to ship your order in instalments, you can contact customer service about this request. We can part-ship your order in cases where one or more of your items are in stock, but some items are backordered, causing longer delivery time on your total order. We work hard every day to both order and deliver your goods as quickly as possible.
